Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the outpatient orthopedic team at the Surprise clinic. You will work alongside physical therapists to implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and monitor progress to support recovery.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, patient education, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state PTA license or certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in assisting with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while documenting accurately.
• Experience working as a PTA in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Ensure caseload is maintained and attendance is followed.
• Set up and maintain equipment for therapy sessions.
