Job summary

PediaStaff is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedics clinic in Storm Lake, Iowa. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based PT focused on improving mobility, strength and function.

The role offers an orthopedic caseload, access to AI-assisted documentation, advanced equipment, mentorship for new grads, and a collaborative team environment that supports professional growth and meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Iowa Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and functional goals.
• Provide outpatient physical therapy, primarily focused on orthopedic conditions.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, function and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to coordinate care and share clinical knowledge.
• Help develop and improve therapy programs based on patient needs and clinical interests.
