SportsPlus Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Center Inc. in Marshalltown, IA is seeking a full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join a team dedicated to patient-centered care and quality outcomes onsite.

Qualifications

• Strong Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation skills with evaluation, treatment planning and evidence-based intervention.
• Excellent patient care and customer service with empathy, clear communication and patient education.
• Orthopedics expertise, including outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.
• Licensed in Iowa as a Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent required).
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations welcome to apply.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage a varied caseload and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Document assessments and progress notes, collaborating with referring providers and other care team members.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
• Monitor patient outcomes, adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment that supports high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction.
