Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network’s California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Vallejo clinic is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedics. You’ll evaluate and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a team focused on patient outcomes and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active or eligible California PT license.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and functional rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Document all services accurately within the EMR.
• Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and providers.
• Contribute meaningfully to a positive, patient-focused clinic culture.
