Job summary

Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in Milford, DE, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist. We are an outpatient clinic focused on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, evidence-based care, and a patient-centered approach. You will assess patients, create and supervise treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with physicians and payers. Delaware PT license and CPR required.

Qualifications

• Must have Delaware Physical Therapist license (PT)
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine required physical therapy treatment
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Coordinate care and supervise assistants/technicians
• Complete written plan of care and develop goals
• Implement treatment programs and provide essential therapies
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers
• Ensure timely documentation including notes and reports
