• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist license and CPR certification.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.

Mansioni

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician's referral and patient records to determine required physical therapy.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Ensure timeliness of daily notes, progress reports and discharge summaries.
• Complete a written plan of care and develop goals from evaluation findings.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians and insurers.
