Our compensation ranges from $71,600 to $107,400 with comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401k, CEU opportunities, Medbridge, residency program, and a focus on growth and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Orthopedic experience preferred, but all levels are encouraged to apply.
• Compassionate communication, adaptability, and a knack for inspiring others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient orthopedic care and work with patients to restore function.
• Conduct detailed evaluations to understand patients’ physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with achievable goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols.
• Educate patients on their recovery process to set realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians for seamless care.
• Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
