The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload including upper and lower extremity, spine, and post-surgical patients, while emphasizing patient outcomes and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Qualified PT with license to practice.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review physician's referral and patient records to determine PT treatment.
• Test and measure strength, ROM, function; plan revised programs.
• Administer exercises and modalities to restore function and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and families for home programs and self-management.
• Document progress and communicate with physicians and staff.
• Supervise PT assistants or techs where applicable.
