Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• DPT or MPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other required certifications per state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapies to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Ensure timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
