Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with CPR certification.
• Orthopedic experience preferred but all levels welcome.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients’ physical conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with achievable goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols.
• Educate patients on recovery to set realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians for seamless care.
• Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
