The role offers a four 10-hour day schedule, no weekends, and competitive compensation from $88,000 to $110,000 plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus, with a productivity bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will perform evaluations, develop plans, provide hands-on rehab, and work with a supportive staff in a clinic equipped for active adults.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and individualized patient care.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to continue learning.
• Dry needling experience or certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on orthopedic rehabilitation, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve functional goals.
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to provide effective, evidence-based care.
