Cleveland Clinic Health System in Lakewood seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopaedics with aquatic therapy responsibilities at Lakewood YMCA. You will evaluate patients, design plans of care, and work with a team to restore function.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, with opportunities to supervise assistants and students and to participate in land-based and aquatic therapy sessions across the week.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the AHA or Red Cross required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
• Establish, revise and evaluate plans of care while involving the patient and/or their family.
• Perform therapy interventions.
• Supervise activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other caregivers.
