Cleveland Clinic Health System in Lakewood, OH, seeks a Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Ortho - PRN to join the Physical Therapy-Neurological Institute at Lakewood YMCA. You’ll deliver patient-centered outpatient therapy, evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions, and coordinate with care teams to support recovery.

This PRN role requires flexibility to cover varied hours and days as needed, with a focus on compassionate, individualized care.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) is required.
• BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross is required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient physical therapy plans.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions.
• Develop and adjust plans of care in collaboration with patients and families.
• Deliver therapy interventions and modalities as prescribed.
• Supervise students and support staff as needed.
