Great Physical Therapy Starts with Giving Great Therapists the Environment to Thrive
At 3D Physical Therapy, we believe exceptional patient care and a great place to work go hand in hand.
We're a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Dallas built around a simple philosophy: quality over quantity. Our therapists have the time, autonomy, resources, and team support to provide the level of care they would want for their own friends and family.
If you're looking for an environment where you can grow as a clinician, build meaningful relationships with your patients, and enjoy coming to work, we'd love to meet you.
Our therapists typically treat 9–11 patients per day, allowing you to focus on clinical outcomes and the patient experience rather than simply moving patients through a schedule.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload
Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement-based treatment, and patient education
Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery
Collaborate with experienced PTs, PTAs, and other members of the clinical team
Develop your clinical interests through continuing education and mentorship
Contribute ideas and have a voice in how we continue improving patient care
Clinical skills matter, but how you approach your patients, teammates, and professional growth matters just as much.
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who:
Creates an exceptional experience for every patient
Takes ownership of their responsibilities and results
Is self-motivated and solution-oriented
Communicates and collaborates well with others
Brings positive energy to the clinic
Values feedback and continued professional growth
Wants to be part of a team rather than simply have a place to work
Experienced clinicians and early-career therapists with a strong growth mindset are both encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
Current or eligible Texas Physical Therapist license
Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
We want 3DPT to be a place where great clinicians can build long-term careers.
Our therapists have opportunities to expand their expertise, mentor others, develop specialty interests, and pursue leadership responsibilities as they grow professionally.
We support that growth with:
$2,000 continuing education allowance
Paid APTA/TPTA professional membership fees
Support for advanced education and specialty development
Mentorship and professional development
Pathways into clinical and organizational leadership
We believe therapists should be rewarded for helping both their patients and the practice succeed.
3DPT offers:
Competitive compensation
Quarterly bonus opportunities
$8,000 retention bonus for this position
BCBS medical insurance and dental coverage
Retirement plan with company match
Paid time off
Flexible scheduling options
Manageable patient volume
Weekly team lunches
