Job summary

Results Physiotherapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient ortho team in Madison, AL. You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT and help patients regain mobility and function.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, a competitive hourly pay range of $28.00–$32.00, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and mentorship to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Alabama PTA license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
