Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therpapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for our outpatient ortho clinic in Milford. Lead a team of therapists, elevate patient outcomes, and cultivate a positive, high-performing clinic culture.

You will mentor clinicians, manage operations, and partner with leadership to drive growth. Competitive compensation range of $80k-$100k per year plus bonuses and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Delaware Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards of care.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, performance, and scheduling.
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth.
• Continue professional leadership and clinical development through Upstream programs.
