Qualifications

• 1 year recent experience circulating and/or scrubbing surgical procedures in an outpatient surgery center and/or hospital operating room.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses.
• Formulate goal-directed plans of care.
• Implement care consistently and thoroughly.
• Establish patient care priorities based on needs and resources.
• Identify and address patient/family learning needs.
• Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
• Provide and coordinate care for patients.
• Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
