This part-time, day-shift role in San Jose, CA offers a competitive hourly pay range and requires RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of circulating/scrubbing experience in outpatient surgery or hospital OR settings.

Qualificações

• Education requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited RN program.
• RN license in California and Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses.
• Formulate goal-directed plans of care.
• Implement care consistently and skillfully.
• Establish priorities based on patient needs and resources.
• Identify and address patient/family learning needs.
• Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
• Coordinate care for patients and populations.
• Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
• Participate in staff development activities for unit and department personnel.
