Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: One year experience as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Collects data and completes nursing assessment using age-specific standards and tools; plans care.
• Develops and updates an individualized plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family and other team members.
• Delivers direct care within RN scope, delegates tasks appropriately, and monitors quality of care.
• Evaluates the nursing plan of care and revises as needed; communicates changes to the team.
