Job summary

True Precision Medical is hiring a Circulating Registered Nurse to support safe, efficient surgical care in its outpatient procedural environment in Phoenix, AZ. The OR Circulating RN coordinates care, advocates for the patient, maintains sterility, and documents procedures.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating the surgical team's needs while prioritizing patient safety and comfort. RN license in AZ and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Arizona or compact license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1+ year OR or perioperative nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history, allergies, meds, labs, clearances, and orders.
• Confirm identity, procedure, site, and pre-op requirements.
• Assist with pre-procedure handoff and team communication.
• Prepare OR and ensure equipment and supplies are ready.
