Virtuous Management Group LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking skilled PRN Preop/PACU RNs and OR Circulating RNs to join our perioperative team. This is an opportunity for experienced nurses to work in a fast-paced surgical environment with flexibility and purpose.

You will perform pre-operative assessments, monitor PACU recovery, and circulate in the OR, collaborating with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure safe patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Active Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1-2 years of perioperative, PACU, or OR circulating nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• CNOR certification preferred for OR Circulating RN candidates.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, anesthesia recovery, and perioperative protocols.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work PRN/as-needed shifts with schedule flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-operative nursing assessments, patient education, and preparation for surgical procedures
• Monitor and manage post-anesthesia recovery patients in the PACU, ensuring safe transition of care
• Perform circulating RN duties in the OR, including surgical site preparation and sterile field maintenance
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record
• Identify and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating emergency protocols as needed
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and Joint Commission guidelines
