• Monitor the patient’s condition throughout the procedure, providing reassurance and assistance as needed.
• Document all relevant information related to the surgical procedure in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
• Assist with the proper positioning of the patient in preparation for surgery.
• Facilitate smooth communication between the surgical team, patients, and their families by providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required.
