Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
• Master's Degree in business administration, management, health care management, or related field (preferred).
• Seven years' technical experience (preferred).
• Three years' multi-clinic management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Directs outpatient operations to control costs and ensure high-quality medical services.
• Leads program expansion, business development and new care models.
• Provides leadership to managers and staff; plans, budgets and organizes the department to achieve objectives.
• Analyzes and interprets complex data sets and reports to inform decisions.
