Job summary

New Solutions is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient role focused on theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy. You will collaborate closely with Nuclear Medicine Physicians and leaders to guide patients through their cancer treatment journeys.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in outpatient oncology, strong clinical judgment, and exceptional communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure is required.
• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience.
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience.
• Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients.
• Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plans.
• Experience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicities.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent patient and family communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mon–Fri outpatient schedule.
• No routine inpatient responsibilities.
• Work closely with Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician founders.
• Receive training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy.
• Follow patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Spend meaningful time with patients and their families.
• Work with a specialized, collaborative clinical team.
• Exposure to precision oncology and emerging cancer therapies.
