Qualifications

• CT RN license currently required.
• OCN Chemotherapy/Biotherapy card (or within first month of hire).
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Two years of oncology nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and provide symptom management and education.
• Safely administer chemotherapy/biotherapy, infusions, injections, and transfusions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Schedule infusion visits with provider offices.
• Manage a caseload of patients receiving infusion and oral therapies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and safety initiatives.
• Support implementation of clinical programs to optimize care.
