Job summary

Sequoia Care in Florida is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to evaluate and implement treatment plans that help residents regain daily living skills and function. You’ll deliver direct therapy across senior living settings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida
• Senior living or similar experience preferred
• Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
• CPR certification (per facility/state requirements)
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
• A passion for resident care, progress, and functional independence

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans

Position Summary

We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) in Florida to join our growing team. As a OT at Sequoia Care, you’ll assess and implement treatment plans that help individuals regain daily living skills, restore function, and thrive in their environments.
