Job summary

Sequoia Care, Florida, is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our team serving residents in senior living, skilled nursing, and home health settings. You will assess, design, and implement personalized treatment plans to restore movement, reduce pain, and promote independence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (required).
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers.
• CPR certification (as required by facility or state).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
• A passion for resident-centered care and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to residents in senior living setting.
• Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on mobility, exercise, and prevention strategies.
