Job summary

Confluence Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Central Washington. You will evaluate patients with MSK, neuro, cognitive, sensory, and mental health impairments, develop individualized treatment plans, and discharge planning while ensuring safe, effective therapy.

The role requires active OT licensure in Washington, completion of a accredited OT program, and clinical internship.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license or active permit with expectation to obtain license within first year.
• Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program and completed clinical internship.
• Two years of occupational therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chart reviews and screen patients for OT evaluation.
• Perform initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and discharge planning as needed.
• Incorporate evidence-based interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals.
• Understand therapy billing, coding, and payor reimbursement; document per guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
