Qualifications

• Active NJ OT license required.
• MOT or OTD from an accredited program.
• 1+ year outpatient/orthopaedic experience.
• Knowledge of post-operative orthopaedic protocols and manual therapy.
• Proficiency with EMR and timely documentation; ability to manage a dynamic caseload.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt evidence-based Plans of Care to drive functional outcomes and safe discharges.
• Complete initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and staff for coordinated care.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment adhering to infection control standards.
