Qualifications

• Educational background consistent with Occupational Therapy practice.
• Master's degree preferred for this role.
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English.
• Experience with clinical instruction and education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using standard techniques.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans with goals and activities.
• Document clearly and timely using objective terminology.
• Educate patients and caregivers, including discharge recommendations.
• Discharge patients when maximum benefit is achieved per standards and payer guidelines.
• Supervise OT assistants and rehab aides according to regulations.
