H2 Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support our outpatient clinics in Bluefield and Tazewell, VA. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling in a collaborative setting focused on restoring independence and improving daily function.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop plans of care, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with physicians and therapists. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence and daily living activities.
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, upper extremity impairments.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and the care team to achieve outcomes.
• Educate on adaptive strategies, home programs, and independence techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation and Raintree EMR for management.
