H2 Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support outpatient clinics in Bluefield and Tazewell, VA. Join a collaborative team focused on restoring function and improving quality of life, with mentorship and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• OT degree from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current Virginia OT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence, strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living.
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, upper extremity, and functional impairments.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, home programs, and techniques to improve daily function.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes; use Scribe AI and Raintree EMR.
