The role focuses on outpatient care with opportunities for hospital shifts, delivering at Kent Campus or Sussex Campus and shaping your practice to fit career goals.

The program offers a high-volume, well-supported environment, collaboration with CNMs and OB hospitalists, and a path to teaching residents and medical students.

Qualifications

• Primarily outpatient practice with ~3 hospital coverage shifts per month.
• Deliver at Kent Campus (Dover) and/or Sussex Campus (Milford).
• Flexibility to tailor your practice based on your clinical interests.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative, team-based model with CNMs, OB hospitalists, and specialists.
• Opportunity to teach and mentor residents and medical students across multiple specialties.
