Job summary

Virginia Women’s Center in Kilmarnock, VA is seeking an experienced OB-GYN to lead its Kilmarnock location. This 100% outpatient practice offers high-touch women’s health care with full clinical autonomy, supported by subspecialists and a strong operational backbone.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with no call, evenings, or weekends. Compensation includes a base salary plus productivity incentives, generous CME, 5 weeks PTO, 8 holidays, retirement benefits, and potential

Qualifications

• Experienced OB-GYN with outpatient leadership preferred.
• Ability to provide prenatal care and gynecology.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead 100% outpatient gynecology and prenatal care with established patient panel.
• Collaborate with on-site MFM specialists, psychologists, genetic counselors, and dietitians.
• Maintain efficient workflow to maximize direct patient care time.
