Job summary
AMN Healthcare is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support in Richmond, Virginia. Schedule includes office hours with 8a-4p and 24/7 call coverage on weekdays and weekends.
The role involves low-risk pregnancies, ultrasound interpretation, routine deliveries, and minor gynecology in both office and hospital settings. Credentialing timelines are ~120 days; EPIC is the EMR used.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Experience with EPIC EMR systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide OB/GYN care in office and hospital settings.
- Manage low-risk pregnancies and perform routine deliveries.
- Interpret ultrasound studies and perform Level I screening.
- Support 24/7 call coverage as required.
