Qualifications

• Board-certified OB-GYN or eligible to seek certification
• Full-time commitment, Monday–Friday schedule
• 50/50 obstetrics and gynecology focus with operative capacity
• Hands-on practice with in-office ultrasound and procedures (Hysteroscopy/LEEP)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB-GYN care with a 50/50 split between obstetrics and gynecology
• Deliver at Inova Fairfax, support a Level IV NICU environment
• Perform own ultrasounds and in-office procedures; work with a skilled team
• Participate in a sustainable call schedule (1:7 moving to 1:8+) and maintain work–life balance
