Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent is required.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Seven years related experience is preferred.
• Five years leadership experience is preferred.
• Five years nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and drives a culture of superior quality and patient safety while maintaining regulatory standards.
• Assesses unit business strategies and develops programs in response to market demands.
• Supervises patient care delivery and staff development with fiscal accountability.
• Manages staffing ratios and oversees recruiting, hiring, training and evaluations.
• Promotes safety and infection control practices and continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
