UPMC Physician Services is seeking a full-time Outpatient Nurse Coordinator for Children’s Hospital. The RN will oversee patient care in a holistic, team-based setting and collaborate with physicians, families, and community resources to support outpatient health.

A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with daylight Monday–Friday shifts. Responsibilities include care planning, patient triage, and acting as a nursing resource across the care team, while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in practicing state.
• Experience in outpatient nursing settings preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care within a global view of the patient’s health needs.
• Coordinate care with physicians, family, and community resources.
• Lead and mentor other staff, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
