Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii State Nursing license and RN certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with all members of the assigned area’s team to coordinate the care of the patient across the continuum.
• Assists physicians and providers with planning and coordination of programs, data collection, and quality improvement.
