Inova Health in Northern Virginia is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in our outpatient clinic.

You will perform essential duties such as full intakes, medication reconciliation, patient education, and wound care, delivering safe and holistic care in a physician practice.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the team, ongoing patient education, and commitment to quality care within a respected healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: RN licensed in Virginia or eligible.
• Experience: 0 years of RN clinical experience.
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential duties in clinic/outpatient settings including full intakes, reconciliation of medications, patient education and wound care.
• Provide safe, holistic care in a physician practice/outpatient setting and adapt care to patient/family needs; educate patients.
• Incorporate data to improve care and guide practice; serve as a resource, preceptor and mentor.
• Ensure efficiency in care delivery; determine priorities and collaborate with the team to maximize productivity.
