Job summary

The Easterseals Capital Region & Eastern CT is seeking a Clinical Neuropsychologist to deliver outpatient neuropsychological evaluations and related clinical services in Windsor, CT. Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from APA- or CPA-accredited program.
• Completion of two-year postdoctoral fellowship per Houston Conference guidelines.
• Current Connecticut psychologist license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive outpatient neuropsychological evaluations including interviews, records review, standardized assessment, interpretation, and report preparation.
• Provide feedback, education, and consultation to patients, families, referral sources, and other professionals.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, schools, and community agencies to support coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation per standards and policies.
• Participate in department meetings, supervision, and quality improvement activities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to trainees as assigned.
• Adhere to policies, confidentiality, and safety standards.
• May provide psychotherapy or other clinical services as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.
