Job summary

UNC Caldwell is seeking an outpatient neurology APP to join our team in Lenoir, NC. This full-time role features 4-5 clinic days per week and 32 patient contact hours, with care for general neurology patients and a strong PCP referral network.

You will work onsite at UNC Neurology at Southfork Medical Park, with access to EMG, EEG, MRI, CT, Sleep Center, Pain Center, and Home Health services. Competitive benefits include medical/dental/vision, CME allowance, PTO, EAP, and a 403b.

UNC Caldwell is the choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 + visits a year. UNC Health Medical Group provides the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137-bed licensed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System. We are seeking a personable and engaging outpatient neurology APP to join our team.

Position Information

• Full-time model would be 4-5 clinic days per week
• 32 minimum patient contact hours
• Would provide care for general neurology patients
• Strong PCP network for referrals
• Telephone-only call
• Practice location: UNC Neurology at Southfork Medical Park, 1731 Connelly Springs Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645
