Job summary

UNC Caldwell is seeking an outpatient neurology APP to join our team in Lenoir, NC. This full-time role features 4-5 clinic days per week and 32 patient contact hours, with care for general neurology patients and a strong PCP referral network.

You will work onsite at UNC Neurology at Southfork Medical Park, with access to EMG, EEG, MRI, CT, Sleep Center, Pain Center, and Home Health services. Competitive benefits include medical/dental/vision, CME allowance, PTO, EAP, and a 403b.

Qualifications

• Outpatient neurology APP role involving general neurology patient care.
• Strong PCP referral network for patient intake and continuity.
• Telephone-only call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for general neurology patients in outpatient settings.
• Coordinate with PCPs for referrals and follow-up.
• Manage patient calls and triage as needed via telephone.
• Collaborate with neurology team and ancillary services onsite.
