Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Completed Neurology Residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with a clinic team of two physicians and an APP.
• Manage a predictable outpatient workflow with no mandatory hospital call responsibilities.
• Read EEGs and EMG reads if desired as part of practice scope.
• Optionally participate in inpatient coverage for acute care exposure.
• Maintain thorough and timely electronic medical records.
