Mascmedical in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neurologist for a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule. The practice uses AI scribes and a full back-office team so you can focus on patient care.

The clinic offers on-site EEG/EMG and a potential memory/dementia focus. You can work toward a partnership track in three years based on performance, with relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE must certify within 1 year of hire)
• Florida medical license — or willing to obtain
• Neurophysiology training a plus, but not required
• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• See patients in a multi-subspecialty outpatient neurology clinic.
• AI scribes and back-office support enable focus on patient care, not inboxes.
• Ramp from 12–15 to 20 patients per day over first 6 months as panel builds.
• Optional memory/dementia referrals and second location clinic for extra compensation.
• Pursue partnership track at year 3 based on performance and culture fit.
