Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy, or Master's/BS in Physical Therapy as minimum education.
• PT license required; BLS, ARC-BLS, and BLS-Instructor certifications required at hire.

Responsabilités

• Implements the physical therapy treatment plan and selects appropriate activities to progress toward goals.
• Assesses patients and develops plans of care with goals and discharge plans.
• Documents evaluations and plans of care per departmental guidelines; maintains required documentation.
