Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional degree in physical therapy (DPT/MS/BS).
• PT license required; BLS/ARC-BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Implements the physical therapy treatment plan.
• Assesss and plans care with patient/family input; sets goals.
• Documents evaluation and each treatment session per guidelines.
• Maintains infection prevention and safety standards.
• Provides education, discharge instructions and referrals as needed.
• Participates in professional development and mandatory education.
