Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.

• Current OT license or eligibility as per state requirements.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients and collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment plans.
• Develop plan of care with patient and family; set realistic discharge goals.
• Implement OT treatment plans and select appropriate activities to progress toward goals.
• Provide patient/family education, discharge instructions and referrals as appropriate.
• Document evaluations, plans of care and each treatment session per department guidelines.
