RRC Solutions Group in Syracuse, NY is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. You will perform MRI procedures, ensure patient comfort and safety, and deliver diagnostic-quality images in a fast-paced setting.

New graduates are welcome. You will collaborate with radiologists and imaging staff, follow MRI safety protocols, and support smooth patient flow while upholding high standards of imaging quality.

Qualificações

• Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related imaging program
• Current ARRT certification
• MRI certification required or eligibility to obtain, based on role requirements
• Active licensure as required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-quality MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
• Prepare and position patients for MRI exams while ensuring comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout the procedure
• Review and verify imaging requests for accuracy and completeness
• Produce diagnostic-quality images while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs
• Follow MRI safety protocols, including thorough patient screening and equipment safety procedures
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors within the MRI suite
• Adhere to all applicable internal policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with departmental and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate working knowledge of PACS, RIS, and EMR systems
• Check MRI equipment for proper performance and report any issues promptly
• Perform routine quality assurance tasks and coordinate service or maintenance as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and imaging rooms
• Collaborate with radiologists, providers, nurses, and fellow imaging staff to support smooth departmental operations
