Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), seeks a licensed behavioral health therapist to treat children, teens, and adults in clinic and outreach settings across Arkansas. The role emphasizes evidence-based modalities, goal-driven care, and collaboration with school or home-based services as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a Human Services field, current licensure, and 2+ years of psychiatric treatment experience.

Qualifications

• Two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents and adults preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop treatment goals for targeted populations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care in line with UHS mission and regulations.
